ADP Launchpad - Sales Enablement Web and Mobile App, 2017

Launchpad was conceptualized as a Sales Enablement portal, which will eventually roll into one the many different functions and features of mobile and web apps across the sales ecosystem of this Fortune 250 company.

Nicole was the sole UX Designer, managing the entire front end research and design process for this tool. She interviewed users on their habits and goals, and analyzed the feedback along with the business goals, in order to come up with the optimal structure given technological limitations and corporate UI standards. She wireframed the screens and worked with a visual designer to apply branding and graphical elements. She sat with the developers to translate functional requirements, and to help test the prototype.

Our thoughts

This project taught me so much about how sales reps think and feel, and how they stay connected via several different devices while out in the field. It was challenging to keep the display of data responsive across devices.
